Tough job finding this item. I have the KD brand 14/18MM thread chaser
but KD doesn't have a 12MM unit.
I did find one in Europe

which isn't too expensive except it's impossible to tell if this company is
still in business.
You could do what I just did and do a Google search. Type in "12MM
Thread Chaser" and see what you find.
