I have cleaned the carbs twice now and set the idle jets to 1.5 turns per the Clymer Followed the procedure and have leaned them down to about 1.25 turns. Idle is smooth, transition from idle to on gas is good. But the bike has no power unless the choke is on (after it is warmed up). Hmm I thought a little lean so I put them back to 1.5 turns. Transition is now a problem and usually will stall. I have not tested for power yet. The original settings were 2.5 turns on all except for # 3 which was 3.5 turns, very rich and would not idle. Any ideas on what I should do? The Clymer recommends 1.25 if the motor does not react to leaning it out. BTW, new plugs, cam chain adjusted, points clean and adjusted, fresh fuel
