I've never had the slightest trouble breaking these locks down and setting them to another key. For seats, it's even easier than for iggies, because you can get by with only one tumbler if you like. Basically, once the lock is open and the inner cylinder in hand, insert key. If a tumbler pair doesn't reach the match line, discard it. If it stands proud, file the upper bit down. Can also mix and match sometimes to get better conditions to start work with.
