Hi Guys, This is really a question for our UK members but I am open to all advise.
I have a 400/4 that I am finishing and realise that I do not know the original registration number for as I bought it from behind the Po's garage for spares and didn't bother asking for the V5. I doubt whether this number was sold off or re-allocated. I have retained the Frame and Engine together and now would like to find out what the original number was so that I can apply to DVLA for a re-issued V5. DVLA tell me that they do not have a method of doing this from the Frame\Engine No's and that I should approach an owners club that may have these details. Does anyone have any info that may help in my quest?
