maybe some program under /etc/rc.d/init.d or /etc/rc.local is changing the date
after each reboot?

Subject: [Solaris-Users] Date problem

Dear all,

We have a problem about date on Solaris.
The date jumped from current date to January 7 1990.
I change it using date command and the date go back to current date, but if
I typed "date" command again, the date is still on January 7 1990.
I tried again to change it and then reboot the system.
After the system is up, the date is still on January 7 1990.

So, what's the problem on my system? and how to change the date to current
date ?

regards,

-eko-
