You should download and install the tcp wrappers package from sunfreeware 
(http://www.sunfreeware.com) or from a CSW site (say http://www.blastwave.org). It is 
well documented so you should figure it out yourself. As an alternative you cod 
consider using xinetd instead of inetd. There is a xinetd package on sunfreeware.
