Hi
I require to expand a disk slice , here is my plan
1. Backup of data on slice 1
2. Unmount slice 1 & 3
2. Via the format cmd
Reduce the size of slice 3 to 0 (this is not currently used)
Realloc slice 1 to include the cyls from slice 3
perform a label back to disk
3 Remount slice 1 and run newfs
4. Restore from step 1
5. remove slice 3 from vfstab
Questions
a. Is this the correct method and am I missing anything
b. slices 0,4,5 etc contain data, will this be lost during this process
