Actually I was unable to see which patch causes the freeze as I couldn't regain control over the monitor. So I reinstalled the patches one more time, dropping from multiuser to S mode, not booting directly to S mode. This time all went ok. Checked logs - /var/sadm/install_data/<cluster>.log - all was ok and the system recognised the installed patches. On the stdout exit codes 2 and 8 appeared respectively on dublicated patche, but at the end all was clean exit. Thanks one more time to you and the list!
