when creating 01 raid volumes with Solaris 8 and Disksuite 4,2, is it better to use a Trans Metadevice or can I get away with simply using ufs logging.
What would the performance penalties be like with using UFS logging on a mirrored system disk. Would using a Trans Metadevice over any performance advantage??? Thanks in advance.
