haven't got it installed at the moment - so can't check.
if you use a proxy server you need to input the proxy address.

Subject: [Solaris-Users] Problems with pkg-get.conf file

Hi everybody,

this is Paco. I have a Computer with Solaris9 and I'm
trying to install the pkg tool.

The problem is that I cannot reach any host to update
the catalog. I show you a few lines of the
pkg-get.conf file:

# Denmark mirror. FTP preferred.
#url=ftp://mirrors.sunsite.dk/mirrors/csw/unstable
url=http://mirrors.sunsite.dk/csw/unstable

Then when I try to execute the command "pkg-get -U", I
get the following output:

Getting catalog...
--10:40:23--
http://mirrors.sunsite.dk/csw/unstable/i386/5.9/catalog
           => `catalog'
Connecting to mirrors.sunsite.dk:80...
mirrors.sunsite.dk: Host not found.
ERROR: could not get catalog file

Any idea?

Cheers,

=====
