Be careful to which nohup You use. There is a shell-builtin nohup in
csh/tcsh/bash, and another real-binary under /bin (or /usr/bin).
Try "#which nohup" at the prompt. I wouldn't recommend the shell-builtin nohup.
I had to deal with nohup years ago, and I remember I voted for the real-binary
instead of the builtin feature. Can't remember the reasons now, but surely You
can find out by reading the man pages for both, the program and the shell.
