I need to install a gcc-compiled version of perl to install in Solaris. Where could I get it? I would need the 5.005_03 one.
I recommend checking out http://www.sunfreeware.com
If that doesn't work out, you could probably download a precompiled version of gcc there, and then use gcc to compile Perl from source. That's what I wound up doing when I needed Perl 5.8.
