Sun has an OEM relationship with Legato.  The majority of Sun's 
rebranded backup solutions are Legato with some changes that Sun deemed 
were necessary for supportability.  Support will still come from Sun, 
but you can upgrade to a Sun product or a Legato product with no more 
retraining than a product upgrade ussually requires.
