STOP bpbkar.exe running on the windows server. If you cannot stop the
process using the TASK MANAGER then reboot the server.
The second solution is to disable OTM. If all fails The final and best
solution is to remove 4.5 on the client and reinstall NB5.0 on the client.
NBUP 4.5 has a backward compatibility problem with 5.0 AND ABOVE bacause
both VSP and OTM have issues running on the same client.
