I did installed tnetc, and also needed to install SUNWbzip first (telnet
need bzcat!)

I assume you mean the telnet client... You need to install the SUNWtnetc
package:

$ pkginfo | grep Telnet
system      SUNWtnetc                        Telnet Command (client)
system      SUNWtnetd                        Telnet Server Daemon (Usr)
system      SUNWtnetr                        Telnet Server Daemon (Root)
