stat() is a sysfunc, which will return a structure in which one of the
elements is:
SunOS 5.8 Last change: 28 Jan 1998 2
System Calls stat(2)
st_ctime
Time when file status was last changed. Changed by the
following functions: chmod(), chown(), creat(),
link(2), mknod(), pipe(), unlink(2), utime(), and
write().
