I need some clues on understanding Sun software 
support. 

Sun Online Support Center under Contracts & Licenses shows the 
following: 

SPECTRUM II GOLD - [SGLD] 

"Coverage and Uplifts" are listed: 

CANCEL ONSITE SUPPORT FOR SOFTWARE 
4 HOUR RESPONSE TIME (STANDARD) 
7X24X365 TELEPHONE SUPPORT (STANDARD) 
PTAS WITH SEMI-ANNUAL ONSITE REVIEW(STD) 
ONSITE TECHNICIAN (STANDARD) 

The reason for my question is I'm trying to open a Service Request for

a Sun Web Console session abending with Java outofmemory error and Sun

is telling me I don't have software support for this software. 

How can I determine just what Sun software is covered by this contract?
