Dear All, I am new to a beginner on Solaris 10. I need to install the library on my Solaris 10 on an intel platform. When I am about to untar with the following syntax;
tar xf libiconv or tar xfv libiconv or tar xvf libiconv I am always prompted of an error of tar: directory checksum error. I have tried to untar another file but I can untar it. I have tried to download again the same libiconv from the sunfreeware.com but untarring it is unsuccessful. Please advise.
