Hi Mark, thank you for the answer.

That's a great idea, actually I installed my system that way, with an IDE
DVD ROM and a SCSI adapter that I borrowed from a friend, but it was a SUN
IDE DVD ROM drive.

Do you use a generic IDE DVD RW drive (for example Samsung, Sony or LG)?
