Dear All Can you please do me favor and let me know how can I install UltraSPARC Solaris 8 on emulated hardware ? Please be informed that my workstation is an x86-based platform and I have an application that calls for UltraSPARC Solaris 8 to be pre-installed . To this end , I first installed qemu-0.9.0-sparc that it seems it has emulated the intended hardware on my platform , as I am receiving the followings : "#uname -a Linux(none) 2.6.11 #3 Tue Mar 15 18:21:10 UTC 2005 sparc unknown" At this point , I want to begin installing UltraSPARC Solaris 8 on my newly emulated hardware but I don't know how to start from . Can you please let me know how to procedd from here on if you have time to help me on QEMU ?
