Hello,

I thought I might get my feet wet here. I looked through the
configuration dialog text, and made some changes:

* Making it more in line with the GNOME HIG (capitalization particularly)
* Removing repetition
* Making it generally more concise
* 'skakuhachi' -> 'shakuhachi'

And the resulting patch is attached. (It is based off the bzr repository.)

Do I have to worry about this change breaking translations? Need I do
anything about it?
