I think it should be possible with the timidity linked from
http://www.solfege.org/Solfege/Download
Did a few attempts, but no WAV file was generated. The bat file
c:\timidity\MidiWave.bat can convert MIDI files to WAV from the command
prompt, but fore some reason, it does not work from timidity.
