Do you have a libxml2.dll file in your c:\windows or c:\windows\system
folder? If to, try to rename it and see if it make a difference.
Rename instead of delete, since you might need it for another program.
Let me know if this make any difference! This is important, so I can
try to fix this, or give correct advice to people with problems.

If found, I would like to know which program you think have installed
the file. Most likely this is som other free software.
