GNU Solfege 3.13.0
==================
Solfege is free music education software. Use it to train your rhythm,
interval, scale and chord skills. It is free software, portable and runs on
GNU/Linux, MacOS X (with some effort), MS Windows 2000 and newer and
all unix/linux systems with the required libs installed. It should
run wherever you can run Python 2.4, Gtk+ 2.12.0, PyGtk 2.12.0.

The main goal of the 3.13.x development is to get the quality of the
MS Windows port to the same level as linux. We will support windows
2000 and newer. So please test and report bugs to
http://bugs.solfege.org.

List of changes. See the bzr log or
http://www.solfege.org/Solfege/ReleaseNotes-3.13 for more details:
 * Better handling of external programs like LilyPond, CSound,
timidity and MMA.
 * Better error reporting and MS Windows portability conserning
external programs. This time things are actually tested on Windows.
 * On MS Windows spaces in folder names will actually work. For
example "Program files"...
 * Don't search drive A: and B: on MS Windows when looking for
external programs. Drives are configurable in the
app/win32_ignore_drives rcfile variable
 * Added log window that show the output of lilypond-book, lilypond
and latex when creating ear training test printouts. And this is
tested and works on windows :-)
 * Don't fail, but disable translations, if gettext setup fails
because of broken locale settings on the operating system.
 * Change the GUI in the preferences for "Use different instrument for
chords and harmonic intervals" to use the Gtk volume widget.
 * Midi output (at least to midi files) will use MIDI volume events,
not velocity. (Not implemented on ms windows synth)
 * Improved preferences window 'Instruments' tab layout. Be more consistent.
 * We now require Python 2.4, Gtk+ 2.14 and pygtk 2.14
 * Fixed bug #110, #111, #112.  (see http://bugs.solfege.org)
