Running PuppyLinux 4.1.2
and pygtk-2.12 installed + pycairo 1.4.12 + pyobject 2.14.1 installed

I got an
"UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode..." error message at the 
en d of ./configure.
As I am rather newbie with Linux, I ask for help to fix this.

Hereafter the whole installation process:
solfege seems being running; but maybe some features could not work...I 
can't tell which ones.

I first did
