New issue 190 by masapena: Chord test doesn't do anything

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the program.
2. Choose File | Tests Page
3. Choose Chords in Root Position.
4. Choose Minor and Major Chords
5. Click Start Test
6. Click on minor-button (clickin on a major button produces a sligthly
different error message, but the software behaviour is otherwise identical).
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output would be to accept the answer and assess my
achievement. Instead of that Solfege does nothing and a message window pops
up. Solfege is unable to recognise my answer.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using the version 3.16.3 on Windows XP. Previously I had used 3.10.4,
but I removed every file it had installed before installed 3.16.3
Please provide any additional information below.
