New issue 192 by Krause.Chr: compile problem caused by unknown swig version

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. build on a system where swig 2.0.0 is installed

What is the expected output?
- successful compilation

What do you see instead?
make: *** No rule to make target `soundcard/_solfege_c_midi.so', needed by  
`all'.  Stop.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.16.4

Please provide any additional information below.
The problem is caused by a typo in the Makefile (only in the branch for  
unknown swig versions). The following patch solves the issue:
