New issue 247 by [email protected]: Ascending seconds-to-octaves test intervals
are beyond Bass range
http://code.google.com/p/solfege/issues/detail?id=247

> What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. File->Front page
2. Select Ascending music intervals
3. Config Input Interface to be Bass
4. File->Test page
5. Select Ascending music intervals
6. Seconds to Octaves

> What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

In the test mode the intervals are given higher pitched than
the extent of the Bass. I can hear them, but they can not be drawn.

The higher pitch seems to be always beyond the range.
The lowest is sometimes within the range.

Note, in the practive mode all the intervals are within the Bass range.
