In the  C:\Program files\GNU Solfege\bin there should be a file
(actually a shortcut) named "GNU Solfege" that you can double click to
start the program. If this doesn't work, you can click a batch file
named "solfegedebug" that will launch Solfege with error messages in a
terminal window. If you still have problems, I need to see the text
displayed in the terminal window.

If the files mentioned does not exist, you should uninstall Solfege,
delete the C:\Program files\GNU Solfege folder if it still exists, and
then reinstall Solfege.
