We need people to do the work.  Porting to Python  3 must be done in two
steps, since porting to Python 3 require us to also port Solfege to Gtk+3.
I have a mostly done port to gtk3 in the git repository on savannah.gnu.org.
After that is working, the port to Python 3 can be done.

Also, please note that getting the port working on ms windows is more
difficult than on linux.
