i've commited what i think is about half of a tutorial on using the example index. I did not publish it to the live site, so you'll have to check it out to look at it (or read hte source raw)...

One interesting thing I discovered while walking through the steps of using the example, is that by using a ZIP for the builds, the post.sh isn't executable by default, so i wrote the tutorial assuming you had "sh" in your path. (i'm not sure if there is anyway to make the ZIP remember the file attributes) -Hoss
