I don't think there are any solr commiters with access to coldfusion, so it
will be hard to get this into an "official" release.
This looks like a single .cfc file -- I'm guessing needs to get put somewhere
in the coldfusion configs
Perhaps a good strategy for this patch is to create a wiki page on:
http://wiki.apache.org/solr/
and link to the .cfc file in JIRA
