A new version attempting to make it easier to derive from MultiCore (and
associated classes - SolrDispatchFilter, MultiCoreHandler).
This breaks the API (MultiCore.getInstance is removed) but a SolrMultiCore
class is added to allow a smooth transition.
SolrDispatchFilter logic has been reworked to reduce the number of 'return;'
points and to be more lenient & let other filters handle more things when
possible.
