I'm noticing that there's 172 issues that are resolved as "Fixed" (ie: not
Incomplete, Duplicate, or Won't Fix) but don't have a "Fix Version"
listed.
For completeness it seems like we should try to be more diligent about
filing that in as we resolve bugs; if someone using an older version
encounters a bug and finds a refrence to a similar bug in Jira, having the
Fix version set makes it easy for them to know if upgrading to the newest
official release should fix the problem.
Assuming no objections, i'm going to try and go back (at some point) and
"Bulk change" those 172 issues based on CHANGES.txt. I think i can
supress the email notifications, but if not ... sorry.
