This is the biggest ever feature release for the patch . This contains almost
all the planned features for DataImportHandler include:
* support for xml/http datasources
* Javascript for transformer (requires java 6)
* Numerous performance enhancements and bug fixes
* Better logging and error handling
* An improved command interface
* command to reload config
* statistics integrated with solr statistics
* Can accessrequest parameters
* Extra configurable parameters can be passed from solrconfig.xml
* Multiple transformers possible (chaining)
* Can put in the handler without a data-config.xml and datasource
*Can make an arbitrary entity a root entity
