It is OK to make it default.
But we will have to document properly that users with Solr1.2 must explicitly
use XMLResponseParser or they will see failure.
or we will have to modify the _CommonsHttpSolrServer_ to fallback to
XMLResponseParser if content type header is text/xml. (This is more elegant
solution)
