Attachment: SOLR-603.patch
Adds capability to do <optimize maxOptimizeSegments="5"/> which means that one
can specify the maximum number of segments to leave when doing optimize. This
is useful for controlling how long optimizes take. Adds test in
DirectUpdateHandlerOptimizeTest.
Also deprecates the DirectUpdateHandler.
