Solr shold not be spelled in all capitals (SOLR) this could wipe out

current submitions as well.
Is violation of any of above mentioned rules a reason for exclusion

design from entering the voting pool?
correct -- we will only vote on the valid ones. Before the 20th,
we'll make it clear what ones will be voted on so that everyone who
cares can make sure things are in order.
