I would think it might just make sense to include all of the lucene contrib
jars in the release, but only put the "major" ones the war -- then people who
want added the added functionality of some of the contribs can just include
them by adding them to solr/lib (or @sharedLib)
adding all contribs to the war seems like unnecessary bloat for the average
user.
