An idea, not one I have time to implement just yet... it'd be handy to have a
SolrServer implementation that could write add()'s to Solr XML files rather
than post directly to Solr. This would allow an indexer to code to SolrServer
and could buffer to disk in an offline mode and let Solr ingest them later.
