Add QueryResponse and SolrQuery support for TermVectorComponent

In a similar fashion to Facet information, it would be nice to have support for
easily setting TermVector related parameters through SolrQuery, and it would be
nice to have methods in QueryResponse to easily retrieve TermVector information
