With this, is there any reason to keep EnglishPorterFilterFactory?
SnowballPorterFilterFactory with langauge="English" is the same thing, right?
Maybe we deprecate EPFF? Objections? Is the reflection thing an issue? The
SnowballProgram is created in #create.
