lucene-misc jar?

Any reason not to include the lucene-misc jar going forward?  It  
contains the SweetSpot Similarity, which some people might find  
useful  (it would need to have a factory setup to actually use it, but  
I don't think that is too hard)

Any objections to me opening a JIRA and doing so?
