Adds two more options to slave configuration in solrconfig.xml:
# httpBasicAuthUser
# httpBasicAuthPassword
If both are present then basic auth support is turned on in commons-httpclient
and their value is set.
Matthew, can you please try out this patch and let me know if this solves your
problem? I don't have a setup with basic auth.
