Attachment: SOLR-1230.patch
The attached patch makes dataimport.jsp ask which handler to then launch into
the developer console.
Additionally, there is a patch to SolrDispatchFilter to get rid of the
restriction on /select?qt=/whatever from working with /-prefixed handlers.
