How hard would it be to allow subdirectories under example/solr/lib? Seems like it would be nice to allow jars to be partitioned, so everything related to solr cell could be put under the solr/lib/solrcell directory. Then extracting request handler could be defined as "lazy" and we could simply tell people to "remove solr/lib/solrcell" if you don't need it.
