I don't think I ever tracked it down for sure - I think I suspected that
somehow the executor just hadn't had time to start up yet somehow? If you
waited a bit longer, it worked and if you retried it worked, and i you were too
fast, it through an exception that is thrown when the executor is not started.
I somehow remember something making that explanation not quite work though -
the executor had to already have been started or something? I can't remember
offhand.
Not sure if Yonik has done anything further ?
