add timestamp for last update/commit to stats page

For purposes of monitoring the health of a running search system, it would be
handy if the admin stats page (I guess in the "update handler" section)
displayed the date/time of the most recent update and/or most recent commit.
If the application is expected to post updates once in a while but the solr
stats page doesn't show any recent updates, that is a sign that something is
wrong.
