Just FYI, I have updated the Release How To on the wiki. I think most
of it is now automated (including signing the artifacts), other than
the uploading of the bits to a staging area, but that would be easy
enough to add. I'd also like to see some verification stuff put in to
make sure all the correct artifacts are signed (all jars and poms).
