Facing the Same Issue ... Tried to debug it further .. . seems more of an
Lucene Issue rather than Solr.
Tried it through Luke as well selecting the Documents tab, Browse the Term and
clicking the Next term produces the same result as mentioned above in the issue.
The DirectoryReader class seems to return the extended Intermingled values.
